I currently work at Google, leading the privacy group that handles Google using Google Cloud. In previous positions I have lead backend engineering at a self driving car startup, was CTO and head of engineering at an Hedge Fund that used AI powered algorithmic trade, lead architect for mobile advertising at Yahoo and started my career working on hypersonic aircraft at NASA-Ames research center.

I was paralyzed in a car accident in 2007, in general I have found that being in a wheelchair is a career limiting disability. Not so much as an individual contributor but when it comes to upper level management you won’t see many physically disabled people. So there may be a few disability related posts but not many, my disability is part of who I am but doesn’t define me.
